CVS / XCode

  • Subject: CVS / XCode

I've searched through the list archives looking for an answer to this, but haven't found anything, so I'll post my issue.

I have been using XCode with a CVS (pserver) server for some time without issue.

In a different project, I'm using a different CVS repository (ext). For a while I've just been doing my updates from the command line. I recently added the public keys so I can ssh into the target server w/o a password, etc.

So now, when I take the project and try to enable CVS, I get the following in the log:

cd /Users/nathanst/Development/search/common/
/usr/bin/cvs -q -n update
Permission denied.
cvs [update aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)

If I type the first two commands in a shell they work fine. Checking and/or unchecking "use ssh instead of rsh" didn't seem to make a difference.

Any suggestions on what is going on here?

Thanks,

Nathan
