If you turn off "Share my computer for building..." in the prefs (and Apply or Save the prefs), then XCode will remove the crontab entry for you. But remember, once you turn this on, even if you quit XCode, your machine will still be available for distcc, and still running distccd, and still have the annoying crontab entry.
