I'm currently learning cocoa. While experimenting with localization I noticed that swedish characters occuring within strings in my Localizable.strings file, is dropped gets dropped in the output. Do anyone know what causes this, and how to fix it?

Life is hard for us foreigners with our dodgy non-ASCII alphabets. In your case, it might just be an encoding problem. Make sure the file encoding (Format menu -> File encoding) is set to Unicode 16, close the file, re-open and check if your Ås, Äs and Ös are still there.

/Fabian
