adding a target to an aggregate

I have a project (something I found on the net) that contains
2 bundle targets
1 application target
1 aggregate target that depends on the other 3

I'm trying to add a 3rd bundle to it and cannot for the life of me figure out how to create the dependency.

Is this a really difficult process or am I just missing something?
