Hi,
somebody from Apple responded to this question some time ago. Check
archives, I'm not sure I recall the answer correctly but I believe it
was that we should ignore this file.

When I create a new Xcode project, it creates a separate version.plist
file. It contains familiar keys like CFBundleShortVerionString and
CFBundleVersion, plus other keys that seem to be specific to Apple's
build system. (BuildVersion, ProjectName, SourceVersion). Is there
any reason or benefit to me using a version.plist file or should I just
toss this and put my version keys into Info.plist?
thanks,
Chris
