Please file this as a bug against Xcode.

You may want to read file:///Developer/Documentation/DeveloperTools/cvs/cvs_94.html#SEC_95 for information on how to suppress cvs log keyworkd substitution on your checkins. If you're using CVS from the command line, use the -ko option when checking in the project file.
