Bump. I second this. I to am addicted to VI(M) (been using VI since
1989). This would go a long way toward increasing my productivity.

I'm talking about just things like dw, y, p, dd, h,
j, k, l, ctrl-d, ctrl-u etc etc. I've been a long
time vim user and find it extremely hard to code in an
IDE without vi keys.
