I thought this bug was fixed in Xcode 1.1. You may need to have
indexing enabled.

Please file a bug as the error markers should be tracking the proper
line (assuming that line still exists).

You can compare two files by using the 'Compare' menu items under the
SCM menu.

the Project Symbols smart group that isn't covered by the Class
Browser.
