Are you asking the question 'How can I set up a CVS server for my own use'? or
'How do I use A CVS server with Xcode?'

To answer the former question, the following link might help you:

Also: is there any special reason why you want to set up a pserver? Last I
remember setting up CVS over SSH was easier by far, and more secure to boot.

To answer the latter question, the following link might help you:
<http://cocoadevcentral.com/articles/000070.php> . It quickly covers some of the
same material that the above link does, but does into more detail on how to
*use* cvs with Xcode/ProjectBuilder.

Hope this helps,
_Ryan Wilcox
