As in updating InterfaceBuilder and other developer tools.

Basically, I can't imagine anyone developing on OS X, using XCode, that
should just use the 'updater'.

Bizarrely, you are expected to compare the two readme PDF's to notice that
the updater doesn't completely update XCode [the tools] to v1.1. It just
updates XCode [the application] and some of the tools that it uses.


There was a fairly large thread on this when v1.1 was initially released.
Hopefully, Apple won't do this again...

I had completely missed that.
