PackageMaker 10.1 format questions

2 questions on the PackageMaker tool and format:

- Is it correct that there is no .list file created for a MetaPackage by PackageMaker (latest version on OS X 10.3)? If the answer is no, then in this case, PackageMaker does not build 10.1 compatible Metapackage.

- Is the .sizes file really useful at all in a 10.1 format package? Because from what I'm seeing PackageMaker 1.1.10 is not building it with the proper information. And on opendarwin.org, there is a script named portpackage.tcl which is dealing with the .sizes file too and is setting weird values too for installedSize (for instance the Info.plist size should not be added to the InstalledSize IMHO).
