Too many pragmas in PB on 10.3?

I am trying to build a project in PB on 10.3. It builds on 10.2.8, but on 10.3 it complains of too many pragmas in one of my .h files. Any idea what could be setting this off? Can I change a constant in some header somewhere, or in a config file? Also, does the current XCode import and build PB projects pretty reliably? I hope to move to 10.3 and XCode, but debugging under xcode was not working for me and I don't have a day to spare trying to migrate right now.
Thanks,
Jason
