Different versions of a file in a project

Is it possible to use different versions of a file in different targets of the same project?

In different folders (actually one is just deeper than the other), I have two different versions of a file, and they have the same name. I want to use one in one target, and the other in another target. In CodeWarrior, I can do this by changing the order of the access paths for each target so that the right one is found first. It's not clear to me how I might do this in XCode.

Thanks,
