Are you using legacy or native targets? F&C doesn't work with legacy
targets.
If you're using native targets, are you using the correct build style?
By default, the Development build style should have F&C turned on.
If you're using native targets and the correct build style, are you
sure that you have the F&C button in the toolbar?
