You should send an email to email@hidden and ask them to enable
your ADC account for bug reporting. For some reason, it doesn't happen
automatically, at least not for everyone.

Funny you should mention that, I tried to go to the bug reporter site
and it
didn't let me log in. I have the necessary ADC access, but it says
"You do
not have access to this Application, Please get access and try again"
