While we appreciate the reminder, I should note that these lists are not an official support channel, and there's no guarantee that anyone from Apple will reply (or will even read your message in the first place). If you find yourself in need of an answer and your question hasn't been answered on an Apple mailing list, go through DTS and the official support channels.
