application, the performance improvements are minimal. I'd recommend

Thanks for this reminder; I just turned off prebinding in all my
projects. Since it sounds like prebinding should be off by default,
should I file a bug to have the project templates changed? AFAIK,
prebinding is on by default (at least in the Carbon templates).
