Sure, the new projects and files are based on templates at
"/Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools/", "Project Templates"
"Target Templates" and "File Templates". You can copy these to the same
directory ("~/Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools/..." "under
your user account and then change them to your liking.
