I understand this guideline and normally adhere to it. But, like any rule,
it has exceptions. In this case, I felt it important to find out whether the
many people who monitor cocoa-dev but don't monitor xcode-users had anything
to contribute, without losing input from the xcode-users group. I added
headerdoc-dev only because I just joined it and haven't seen any action on
it.
Thanks very much for explaining the libmxl2 issue.
