Noob Q: Xcode 1.2 destroys files?

  • Subject: Noob Q: Xcode 1.2 destroys files?

Somewhat of a newbie to Xcode, but have used it at work to make some
Applescript apps. At work I have Xcode v1.0 on OS 10.33. At home I installed
Xcode 1.2 fresh on 10.33. I tried to open a project I made at work at home.
Sometimes I can open the files, but when I close them Xcode crashes. It
won't compile and run, it just compiles. Then if I try to open the project a
second time, this error appears:

Couldn't open /Users/chrispav/documents/ID Catalog Maker/ID Catalog
Maker.xcode.
Reason: *** -[NSCFDictionary setObject:forKey:]: attempt to insert nil
value.

Can anybody give me a place to start to troubleshoot this? Even if I make a
brand new project (Applescript doc) and save it, then reopen it, same
message happens.
Thanks^6
