I have asked this question of Apple in the past. Their response was "No, you can't talk among yourselves." "All communication about *NDA'd stuff* must be between you and Apple."

Make of this what you will.

Unless Apple provides the communication medium which they have done... a few NDA only mailing lists do exist for specific technologies. Apple has mumbled about going beyond that in the past but who knows if and when.


I personally would love to see a message board integrated with ADC that requires an ADC login which can then restrict things based on what you can / cannot see.
