Have a look in /Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer

Could be what you're looking for.

Hi all. I have a .pkg file that installs a plugin for Project Builder. It makes a new project template appear in the New Project window. I would like this to also appear in XCode, but I can't figure where the plugin should go. This plugin was put in the Project Builder Extras/Project Templates folder, and I can't find where the folder would be for XCode. Any help is appreciated.
