NSLog doesn't appear in my 'Run' window

Greetings:
Just recently I notice that NSLog messages don't appear in my 'Run' window.

1) What happened, and can how can I "turn it back on?".
2) Also, (less important), I noticed that the project name is repeated three (3) times in the Run-window title bar. This happens with all projects that I run. Any reasons?
