Once you've previously opened a file they are in the file history pop-up.
You can navigate this via the mouse or assign a key to it via the Xcode
preferences => "Key Bindings" => "Text Key Bindings" => "Project Navigation"
=> "Pop Loaded Files PopUp".

?!?
Are you talking about the detailed build results? Or just the build window?
From the "Build" menu select the "Show Detailed Build Results". That window?
You can have that window open on build by selecting Xcode preferences =>
"Building" => "Build Window" => "Open During Builds" => "Always".

Check out the key bindings sections to see what's already available and in
necessary tweek a few to your likings. Other than that I don't think you
sound like me just yet! ;-) I find that for the most part I can avoid
reaching for the mouse in Xcode.
