If you select a target and then select the contextual menu item "Add" =>
"New Build Phase
" => "New Shell Script Build Phase" and then build your
project then in the detailed build results window (pane) you will see all
the environment variables listed out before the shell script is executed.

SOURCE_ROOT should be the directory that your Xcode project is in.
