where do these files come from?

I create a new project - Cocoa App type.
Open MainMenu.nib.
Subclass NSObject to MyController.
Select Classes/Create files for MyController.
MyController.m and .h are created and added to my project.

I want to modify the template for these two files but can't find them.
All the other file templates are in my ~/Library/App.Support/Apple/Dev Tools/...

Does anyone know where these two live?
