No. Add it to the "Preprocessor Macros" setting in the form FOO or
FOO=1. Separate multiple settings with spaces.
You can find this setting easily by selecting the GNU C/C++ Compiler
collection in the drawer and typing "macro" into the search field at
the bottom of the inspector pane.
