how to set working directory when debugging?

I have not been able to figure out how to tell Xcode 1.1/300 what
directory to use as the working directory when launching a debug
session.
How can I do this? I'd like to be able to set any directory at all,
but minimally I'd like to have it be the directory the .app is in.
