Table of Contents getting smaller in Documentation

I have a weird problem: The Table of Contents pane in the Developer
Documents windows is getting smaller and smaller an there appears to be
no way to resize it. It is now at the point where I can no longer read
it, its about 1 centimeter wide. Is there a fix for this?
