HI all,
There has been some discussion in the past about using static CW
libraries in XC and PB.
Having renamed by static CW lib to libfoo.a, I'm getting the following
error (which I believe
Mark Gerl mention in January).
bad magic number (not a Mach-O file)
Having searched the archives and a wider Google search, there seem to
be some hints
that this would happen if the Library wasn't built on the same machine
as the one running
XC or PB? Is this true?
Do I need to run the libfoo.a library through a command tool?
Thanks very much,
Ben.
