Panther --- Python, and CoreGraphics

Hi all...

Has some one got an example to use the Core Graphics in Quartz so as to give
an outline and border to an image?? I am trying to create a Photo Album kind
of application where I want to show the images in the above format(with a
white BackGround, Border and shadow).
