Indeed. I sent two reports on this to the list. In my case I had set
the preferences for the Build window to close if there were no
warnings. I had an error but no warning. The window closed and no way I
could continue, even selecting the Stop the Build from the Build menu.
My solution was to set the preferences for the build window to close on
Success.
So it seems that if the Build window is closed with either an error or
a warning you may not be able to continue.
Bizarre...
I am still not sure whether this is a feature or a bug. If someone from
Apple will speak up and advise me I can file a bug for it.
respect...

I am experiencing a problem with my Xcode project where, when I build
the project (or compile one file), if the build output consists only
of Warnings (i.e. no Errors), I can't build or compile again until I
close and re-open the project.
If there are no Errors or Warnings, there is no problem. If there are
both Errors and Warnings, still no problem.
I have my build pane set to display "Always". I am running OS X 10.3.
Has anyone experienced this problem or solved it?
