project constantly being rebuilt

Sorry if this has been asked before. I wasn't able find the searchable archive under lists.apple.com.

I have a library that I'm building that for some reason will constantly rebuild itself when ever I hit build. This happens even when there are no changes to any of the files. Has anyone else seen this or know of a fix? Thanks.
