I have recently purchased an old mac with OSX 10.1
I want to develop something on this.
On the apple developer sites I find statements such as this:

However, signing up for a free adc membership and going to the Download
Software -> Developer Tools. The last item on that page is

Does anybody know how to find the necessary compilers and sdks then to
develop on OSX 10.1 ?
