You've done a 'clean' between switching build styles and actually building?
This is the minimum required for building it properly.
No, because it shouldn't be. I mean, CodeWarrior does the right thing
when you switch targets there.
However, even when I did clean all targets, I am not getting the
Prefix Header specified in the active build style.
There's actually only one target. I'm about ready to make another
one, even though Apple strongly discourages this.
