I've had this happen when debugging something that has multiple projects. If the other project is not open, but it has a breakpoint, the debugger will stop at it every time but not show the break point. Opening the other project and removing the breakpoint fixes that.

has anyone else noticed an issue with xcode when a breakpoint won't go away? ie, it's not even listed as a breakpoint, but for some reason the program always stops there. I'm trying to decide whether to file a bug.
