Are you sure it's issuing warnings, as opposed to the error/warning
indicators just still showing up? That is, do you have warnings in the
build window?

The non-clearing of error/warning symbols from the gutter after
errors/warnings are no longer present seems to be normal,
unfortunately. A clean of the target will also make them go away.
