How does it fail? What (if any) is logged to the console? Does it
crash, and if so what is in the crash log? How do you distribute the
app: sit, dmg, tgz? How is it unpacked? If using Stuffit, which
version? What type of app: Java, Carbon, Cocoa?
Provide some info for us to work with...
