Yup!  Lots of us. :(

The man pages are part of the BSD package of the OS X installer itself,
not part of the XCode installer.

I tried to find a good way to replace them, and asked on the Darwin list
(got some replies), but in the end haven't done anything about it, as all
the solutions seem a bit risky to me. :(  I'm hoping 10.3.6 will bring
them back, but I'm not holding my breath.
