Xcode Preferences: Navigation
Right column: Function pop-up
Lower radio-button cluster: Sort list: Alphabetically/Order in source file


Hold down the option key when clicking the pop-up if you want to reverse the sense.

Looking at the Xcode prefs, there doesn't seem to be a way to bring that behavior back.
