Repetitive compilation

hi all,
  I have few carbon projects on xcode. Whenever I change a single source
file - .cpp - all source files in that project start getting compiled again.
Earlier it used compile the changed one only. I think I have messed up some
setting in preferences or so. Now I cant figure out that setting. Please
advise me.
