I'm a brand new user of Xcode. What does the following run log message mean? ## Component Manager: attempting to find symbols in a component alias of type (regR/carP/x!bt)
Where would I look for the cause? It doesn't actually cause the app to crash, at least not every time. Since I've been getting the message though some strange things happen , but not every time.

This means that you have the Toast Video CD Support QuickTime component installed (part of Toast, I think). You can find it in /Library/QuickTime. The message is completely benign and has no effect on your application.

Hope this helps,
Eric
