Newbie Question

I'm trying to create a cocoa application that uses the quicktime framework. I downloaded the sample called SimpleCocoaMovie and it compiled just fine. It looks like it was an older style of cocoa application so I used the Upgrade to Native Application. When I did so, the application suddenly could not compile and I get a few thousand error messages. Looks like build system can not find the AppKit framework among other things. What do I have to do to get SimpleCocoaMovie to work if I change it to a native app?
