Actually producing just object files requires the use of the
command-line, I think. Either of these will work:
gcc -c MyAssemblySource.s -o MyObjectFile.o
as MyAssemblySource.s -o MyObjectFile.o
Xcode can compile assembly code into programs. Name your assembler
source file with a .s extension and add it to your project. I have to
use the Deployment style in order for the build to succeed with a
simple Hello World program. I figure it has to do with Zero-link.
I'm not sure if this is always the case though.
