This happens most frequently when you've got header files in the sources phase of the target. We'll work on making the error message more descriptive.  Meanwhile, open your Target in the Groups and Files tree, open the Compile Sources build phase, select any and all header files you see, and drag them out of that build phase.  The warning should go away.
