Hi -
I'm trying to duplicate a build style so that I can tweak a setting or
two, but keep my "standard" styles for normal builds.
Anyway - I can't find any documented method for duplicating a build
style. It appears that you have to manually set each modified setting
in the new style?
I poked at the apple site and googled for an hour or so yesterday and
couldn't find what I needed.
I ended up just editing the project file in emacs to copy the settings
from my existing style to the new one (already created in xcode).
And... - how about copying build styles from one project to another?
Also - does anyone know how to override the optimization setting for
ONE file? I've worked-around by compiling that file using a different
style (fortunately, xcodebuild doesn't trigger a rebuild on the style
change :) It would be nice to be able to just set it and get a
consistent build - but the style override method appears to conflict
with my needs here. The file in question has to be compiled -O0, as
with any other setting the compiler exceeds the VM space (over 3.25G!
with plenty of disk space left).
