I knew about it from reading the projectbuilder-users mailing list
years ago.
IIRC, "fixPrecomps" only rebuilds the PFE files used by GCC 3.1. If
you don't use GCC 3.1, then you probably don't need to run the
program. GCC 3.3 and later don't use PFE files.
