Many people feel that workflow is more important to preserve than cosmetics.
Has there been any consideration to make a pref that turns off off styling
in these popups? For many people here, ATSU bugs or not, the fact that
there's no way to turn off Xcode cosmetics (via prefs) so that it it even
comes near CW editor performance is a dealbreaker. I'll be happy to file
this as an enhancement request if you say that it's reasonable (that is, to
add prefs that toggle certain text formatting cosmetics such as fcn popup
icons and text styles in order to significantly enhance performance).
