   Does Safari use AppKit?  I am continually amazed how it can take several
seconds to just scroll back to where I just left.  Or how about a 1 to 10
minute beach ball triggered by a simple op such as mousing over the close
button of a window.  I wonder if some of these delays are not specific to
XCode, but something more pandemic.
