Undefined symbols

I'm trying to find out where symbols reported by the linker as undefined are used. I read in a thread here to put -Xlinker -Y - Xlinker 1 in the Other Linker Flags option. I have done that but it doesn't work. I also don't see it on the Ld line in Build Results. It's set for All Configurations. Any ideas?
